GENERAL DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION
1. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION (PURSUANT TO GDPR)
The guidelines of the GDPR apply according to Georgian law.
We use cookies on our website to facilitate the use of certain functions on the website, to analyse the use of our website by its users and so we can offer certain services provided by third-party providers.
Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer. Most of the cookies which we use will be deleted from your hard disk at the end of the browser session (these are known as session cookies). Other cookies will remain on your computer and allow us to recognise your computer on your next visit (these are known as long-term cookies). Cookies from third-party providers are also used on our website in connection with making certain functions available.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by making the appropriate adjustment to your browser. We would, however, point out that if you do so, you will not be able to use all the functions on this website to their fullest extent.
Should you not wish to store cookies on your computer, please deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser for our website and set your browser so that cookies will not, generally-speaking, be stored on your computer. You can likewise delete cookies which are already stored in your browser.
Deactivation of the use of cookies may sometimes require that a permanent cookie be stored on your computer. If you should subsequently delete that cookie, you will need to perform the deactivation again.
The following categories of cookie are used on our website:

2. SESSION COOKIES
To make browsing on our website easier for you, we use what is known as as a session ID, which is allocated to every user when they first use our website. That session ID enables our server to recognise you and/or your computer/browser as the same user, even if the IP address has since changed. The session ID also allows multiple related queries by a single user to be assigned to a single session.
Period of storage: the session ID cookie which we use is only valid until the end of a session. It will be deleted automatically when your browser is turned off.

3. NEWSLETTER ADVERTISING
We shall use your email address to send you our Newsletter, unless you unsubscribe from the Newsletter. The initial use of your email address for marketing purposes is part of our General Terms and Conditions of Business. You can unsubscribe at any time. We shall offer you a simple way to unsubscribe at the end of every Newsletter. You can also unsubscribe by sending an email with ‘Unsubscribe Newsletter’ in the subject line from the email address which you provided for us during the booking process.

Personal data, such as the size and weight of the persons listed in the booking, as well as the personal data of the person performing the booking (email address, phone number, first name/last name, method of payment, country) will be irrevocably deleted towards the end of each winter sports season on April 30, without exception.
